Cancellation Policy

Appointments are made especially for you!

HERE AT SKIN ANGELZ , I PREPARE ahead of time as your service professional & intend to see you at your scheduled time.

If you need to cancel an appointment, 

it must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time FOR NO FEES TO BE TAKEN.

IF YOU CANCEL INSIDE THE 48 WINDOW PERIOD , YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THAT SERVICE FEE.

Late Policy

To respect my time, business, and the clients scheduled after you, a mandatory $20 late fee will apply to arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time. This fee is in addition to the original service cost.

As an independent service provider, I do not earn an hourly wage, and a reserved appointment time is essential to my business. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time.

Service Completion & Rescheduling

As your service provider, I reserve the right to determine whether your service can still be performed safely and properly within the remaining appointment time.

If your late arrival interferes with the next scheduled appointment or does not allow sufficient time to complete your service, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. In these circumstances, the original service fee and applicable policies will still apply.

NO SHOW Policy

YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF YOUR SERVICE CHARGE IF YOU NO SHOW.

YOU WILL NEED TO PREPAY IN FULL FOR YOUR NEXT SERVICE BEFORE YOUR NEW BOOKING WILL BE APPROVED TO REINFORCE TRUST.

IF YOU HAVE / HAD PREPAID FOR THE SERVICE

YOU WILL LOSE THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP OR CANCEL 

WITHIN THE 48 HOUR PERIOd.

Credit Card Swipe Fee

A CREDIT CARD FEE OF 3.5% WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL WHEN YOU USE ANY CARD THROUGH MY SQUARE CARD READER.
